Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP)
CSCMP is an association for individuals involved in supply chain logistics and management. They support the integration of transportation, warehousing facilities and inventory and provide educational, career development, and networking opportunities to its members and to the entire profession.
International Refrigerated Transportation Association (IRTA)
IRTA is an international, non-profit organization established to meet a growing demand in the refrigerated transportation industry for chilled and frozen food products. IRTA has a core international membership of companies and refrigerated carriers involved in the refrigerated transportation industry.
National Industrial Transportation League (NITL)
NITL represents shippers in their dealings with various regulatory bodies. Promotion of a safe, efficient freight transportation industry, the needs of shippers, and the entire economy, are supported by this "Voice of the Freight Transportation Industry."
National Onion Association (NOA)
The
NOA is the official organization representing growers, shippers, truckload freight brokers, and commercial representatives of the U.S. onion industry. Top onion professionals rely on the NOA for up-to-date information, governmental representation, and important industry networking.
National Private Truck Council (NPTC)
NPTC is the national trade association dedicated exclusively to representing private motor carrier fleets. These corporate or "private" truck fleets are operated by manufacturers, distributors, processors, and retailers to meet their inbound and outbound transportation needs. Such fleets also include food, retail, wholesale, construction and service companies.
National Refrigerated Transportation Association (NFRA)
The
NFRA promotes the sales and consumption of frozen and refrigerated foods by providing education, training, research, sales planning, and a forum for industry dialogue. They represent the interests of every segment of the national frozen and refrigerated foods industry, including retailers, foodservice operators, manufacturers, sales agents, refrigerated trucking providers, distributors and suppliers.
National Watermelon Association (NWA)
The purpose of the Association is to promote the best interests of the watermelon industry from production to consumption.
NWA is constantly seeking improvements in the growing, grading, handling, transportation, distribution and sale of watermelon.
New England Produce Council (NEPC)
The basic goal of
NEPC is to help educate and inform consumers about the benefits of fresh produce. They support their members in the produce industry which include growers, temperature controlled trucking companies, and retailers.
No-Zone Campaign
The
No-Zone Campaign is a highway safety initiative of The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) as part of the Share the Road Safely Program that educates people about the blind spots around large trucks and buses. The goal of FMCSA is to reduce commercial motor vehicle crash fatalities on the Nation's highways.
Oregon Association of Nurseries (OAN)
The
OAN is a non-profit trade association that represents more than 1,600 individual nursery stock producers, retailers, landscapers and truck freight brokers serving the nursery and greenhouse industry. The OAN is the main voice for Oregon's nursery and greenhouse producers, re-sellers, transporters, retailers and suppliers.
Oregon Seed Trade Association (OSTA)
The
OSTA focuses on serving its membership, the seed industry, and the state of Oregon by promoting education, fostering positive business practices and advocating for the Industry, the economy and the citizens of Oregon.
Pacific Seed Association (PSA)
The
PSA is a "not for profit" organization founded with the objective of improving and perfecting a standard of business integrity for the seed trade.
Produce Marketing Association (PMA)
The
PMA is a global trade association serving the entire produce and floral supply chains by enhancing the marketing of produce, floral, and related products and services worldwide. PMA members are buyers and sellers from every segment of the produce and floral supply chain.
Transportation Consumers Protection Council, Inc. (TCPC)
The
TCPC is a not-for-profit trade association dedicated to the education of shippers, carriers, contract logistics providers and others involved in the transportation of goods, the prevention of transit loss and damage, the promulgation of reasonable practices, laws and regulations, and the equitable resolution of disputes involving freight claims, freight charges and related matters.
Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA)
TIA is an association of third party logistics professionals including freight brokers, forwarders, intermodal transportation and marketing companies, NVOCC's, air freight forwarders and freight audit and payment companies doing business in North America. They provide resources, education, information, advocacy and connections to establish, maintain and expand ethical, profitable and growing businesses in services to their customers.
